摘 要:通过分析我国火电厂分散控制系统(DCS)的不足,根据火电厂的现状和PROFIBUS的技术特点,设计了一种基于PROFIBUS的分散控制系统。探讨了在现有分散控制系统基础上融入PROFIBUS的总体实现方案,给出了提高系统实时性和可靠性的原则以及PROFIBUS在分散控制系统中的应用范围。系统采用混合型两级网络结构,详细讨论了PROFIBUS之间及其与DCS之间的网络通信,分析了系统的实时性、可靠性和经济性指标。对解决我国火电厂分散控制系统的不足和实现全面信息化有重要的借鉴意义。The limitation of distributed control system (DCS) in power plant is analyzed. A type of distributed control system based on PROFIBUS is designed according to the characteristics of power plant and PROFIBUS. Realization project of this system is to integrate PROFIBUS into DCS. Principle on improving real time and reliability is put forward, and application range of PROFIBUS in control system is also discussed. Hybrid two-class network structure is focused on when this system is realized. Network communication between PROFIBUS and DCS are discussed in detail. Index of real time, reliability and economic is analyzed. It is important for power plant to solve the hard problems that exist in conventional distributed control system and to realize overall information in power plants.
