摘　　要：给出了开发就业管理信息系统的意义,提出了采用J2EE技术体系为结构框架进行系统开发的设计思路,介绍了J2EE体系结构。详细描述了如何利用J2EE技术体系进行系统开发,其中着重介绍了如何利用MVC模式进行Web应用开发以及EJB组件的开发情况,并通过一个实例进行说明,接着给出了应用服务器和系统的部署过程。最后,根据系统在实际运用中的情况总结其优点及以后改进的方向。The significance ofdevelopment in employment management information system is given. The thought using the J2EE tech- nology to develop the employment management information system is being formed. The architecture of J2EE is introduced and in the same time the method of development with J2EE system is described in detail. Among of these technologies, web application with the MVC mode to develop and EJB component＇s application are emphasized through an instance. The application server and system deployment is given. At last, the system＇s virtue and development in the future are listed based on the practicable application instance.
