摘　　要：对国内外信息系统项目的部分风险管理模型进行了研究,将信息系统项目开发过程中可能遇到的风险分为两类,同时将效用指标引入到期望风险的计算中来。通过两种方法对同一案例的计算结果,引入了效用指标的期望风险计算方法,更加符合系统开发过程中的实际情况,能够使项目团队和信息系统用户的利益都得到更大保障。最后,在引入效用指标的计算结果的基础上,制订了风险控制策略。在实际工作中,对信息系统项目管理者进行风险管理有一定的借鉴意义。Some risk management models of information system project from overseas to domestic are investigated, the risks which may happen in the process of information system project＇s practicing is divided into two kinds, and utility index is introduced into the calcul- ation of anticipant risk. Use two calculating methods in one case, the calculating result gain from the method which including utility index is closer to the actual circumstance, and it ensure the profits of teams and users. Finally, a risk control strategy is made based on the results receiving from utility method. In fact, they could make a good service for information system project manager on risk management.
