摘　　要：行政垄断行业导致的社会成本是反映行政垄断行业对社会危害程度的重要指标.依照寻租理论中的塔洛克模型,垄断的社会成本包括垄断造成的社会福利净损失和垄断利润.根据这一理论,估算了2003年至2005年我国行政垄断行业的社会成本,发现我国行政垄断在不断加强之中.The social cost of industry administration monopoly is an important index to reflect monopoly＇s injury to society. According to the Tullock model in the theory of rent-seeking, the social cost of industry administration monopoly includes deadweight social welfare loss and monopoly profits. Based on this theory, the China＇s social cost of industry administration monopoly from 2003 to 2005 is estimated and it is found that the social cost of industry administration monopoly is strengthening.
