摘　　要：研究开发了多段悬浮床反应气提生产双酚A的新设备及工艺，解决了固定床树脂法生产工艺存在的问题。实现了双酚A缩合液的高浓度、高收率、高选择性和高催化剂生产能力。采用正交实验设计法完成了工艺条件对缩合效果影响的显著性分析。本研究拓宽了反应分离过程的适用范围，对气-液-固三相反应生产过程具有重要的参考价值。The equipment and technology of reaction and stripping process with multi-stages suspended bed has been developed for production of BPA. The problems of the fixed bed reactor with resin catalyst in production or BPA have been solved successfully.The condensation product is of high concentration,high conversion.high selectivity and high productive capacity of catalyst.By using the orthogonal experimental design, the relative magnitude of process conditions on condensation effect is listed.Applicable range of reactive separation process is extended to other processes using gas-liquid-solid phases for reference.
