摘  要:目的:采用液相色谱的方法鉴别中药制剂中可能添加的糖皮质激素。方法:采用 Diamond C_(18)(5μm,250 mm ×4.6 mm)柱,流动相 A 为水-四氢呋喃(100:1),B 为乙腈-水-四氢呋喃(80:20:1)梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长240nm。结果:在该液相条件下,能同时有效分离13种糖皮质激素,样品溶液中检出醋酸泼尼松,且样品中的醋酸泼尼松与其他杂质峰能有效分离,通过比较样品和对照品色谱保留时间和其紫外光谱信息,以及样品中峰纯度检查,样品中含有醋酸泼尼松。结论:本测定方法简便、灵敏,专属性强,可为中药制剂中是否添加了糖皮质激素提供快捷有效的分析方法。Objective:To develop an HPLC method for identification of corticosteroids in Chinese materia medica preparation. Method:The analyses were performed on a Diamond C is column (5 μm ,250 mm× 4. 6 mm)with gradient elution using water - tetrahydrofuran( 100:1 ) as mobile phase A and acetonitrile - water - tetrahydrofuran( 80: 20:1 ) as mobile phase B at a flow of 1 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. Results:On the conditon of the selected chromagram, 13 corticosteroids could be well separated. Prednisone acetate in China materia medica preparation used to cure dermatitis was identified by comparing the retention time, UV - spectra and peak purity. A satisfactory separation among prednisone acetate and other components was obtained. Conclusion: This method is simple, specific ,and provides an efficient way for the identification of corticosteroids.
