摘　　要：研制的石油油、套管生产线测控与管理系统分为中央控制室和现场控制柜2大部分,可完成管材的称重、测长、通径检验,拧扣机控制、水压试验机控制及生产线控制。系统通过以太网进行数据交换,由服务器协调各PC工作站及被控工作机的动作。可满足5万t/a油套管的生产要求。其中的钢管称重测长系统、钢管通径检测系统具有创新性。The development petroleum, the tubing/casing production line system of Measuring- Controlling and the management system are divided into the master control room and on-site control cabinet. It may complete the weighing of tubing/casing, to measure length and borehole di- ameter, control of tubing twister, the hydraulic pressure testing machine control and the production line control. The system carries on the data exchange through the Ethernet, coordinates each PC workstation by the server and controlled actuator movement. It may meet the requirement of 50,000 times a day for tubing/ca.sing the production. In which, steel pipe weighing and length measure, and borehole diameter measure are with new innovation.
