油管试压机增压慢的原因与故障处理

摘　　要：对油管进行水压试验是油管修复工艺流程必不可少的质量检测环节。在生产中,GSJD73/114-25型油管试压机经常出现增压速度慢的现象。结合该试验机的原理分析了故障产生的原因,提出了排除故障的方法,有利于使用和维护该试压机,可靠、高效地对油管试压。Hydraulic test for tubing is important during tubing repairing and quality assurance. In operation, slow pressure increasing often occurred in GSJD73/114-25 tubing tester. By analyzing its working principle and the cause, methods to solve the problem were put forward in order to proper use the tester to test tubing reliably and effectively.
