摘　　要：为了提高铝衬套胶辊的制作质量和纺纱性能,对其生产制造技术进行了分析。铝衬套胶辊在生产中要优选胶料配方,合理选择加工工艺,选用适用先进的检测仪器,提高综合填料的分散度,改善胶辊表面的粗糙度;在制作过程中要正确定制轴承,精细加工,正确套制,以提高铝衬套胶辊的制作质量,确保纺纱性能,防止机械波的产生,保证成纱条干。To improve spinning property and manufacturing quality of Aluminium-inserted top roller, its production technology was analysed. Rubber formula should be chosen carefully in production Aluminium-inserted top roller, proeessing technology should be chosen properly, detecting equipment is appropriate to be advanced, dispersion degree of composite packing should be improved, surface roughness of top roller should be improved. In manufacturing process, bearing should be made and installed correctly and finely so as to improve quality of manufacturing Aluminium-inserted top roller, ensure spinning property and yarn evenness and avoid producing mechanical wave.
