摘  要:为了提高圣麻棉混纺细号纱的成纱质量,根据圣麻纤维的性能特点,以SM/CJ 65/35 7.35 tex混纺纱及股线为例,分析了纺纱工艺配置情况,介绍了生产中采取的主要技术措施。实践表明:圣麻纤维与棉纤维采用条混工艺,圣麻纤维强力较低,清梳工序要减少纤维损伤,并条工序注意纤维缠绕,合理设计粗纱和细纱捻系数及股线与单纱的捻比,可以使圣麻棉混纺细号纱质量指标得到提高。To improve fine yarn quality that was made of Shengma and cotton, according to properties of Shengma fibre, SM/CJ 65/55 7.55 tex blended yarn and ply yarn were took for example, arrangement of spinning processing was analysed and key technical measures adopted in production was introduced. The fact shows that sliver blending is adopt- ed in blending Shengma and cotton. Because strength of Shengma fibre is lower, in picking and carding process fibre in- jury shquld be reduced, in drawing process fibre kink should be decreased, roving and spun yam twist factors and twist ratio of ply yarn and single yarn should be designed appropriately, which could improve the quality index of fine yarn that are made of Shengma and cotton.
