摘 要:为了在ALLMA公司生产的CC230/10型捻线机上顺利开发涤纶帘子线,对帘子线的捻线工艺进行了优化试验。通过对捻线机锭速、纱线捻度、纱线张力等工艺参数进行合理配置,并分析影响帘子线捻度波动、强力不匀以及帘子线内丝和外丝长度差异的主要原因,认为适当降低捻线机锭速、选择合适的外丝张力有助于降低帘子线的强力损失率,合理设定帘子线捻度有助于提高成纱质量。To develop polyester cord successfully in CC230/10 twisting machine that was made by ALLMA company, cord twisting processing was optimized and tested, Through adjusting processing parameter such as twisting machine speed, yarn twist and yarn tension properly, analysing the reason that effect cord twist fluctuation, strength unevenness and length diversity of cord core filament and cover filament, it is considered that reducing twisting machine speed properly and choosing suitable cover filament tension will be helpful to reduce yarn strength loss ratio, setting cord twist properly is helpful to improve yarn quality.
