摘 要:建立了某液力自动变速器换挡过程的简化动力学模型,应用模型对换挡过程的扭矩相和惯性相的特性进行了分析。根据换挡过程结合元件的搭接控制原则,提出通过对换挡离合器充、放油的搭接时序进行控制,以减小扭矩相的冲击和动力中断;通过电磁阀驱动信号占空比大小的实时闭环调节,对换挡离合器充油阶段进行缓冲控制,以提高换挡品质。通过换挡控制试验,验证了控制理论和控制策略的正确性和可行性。The simple dynamic model of the shift process of automatic transmission was built. The torque phase and the inertial phase of the shift process were analyzed with the model. In the torque phase, the accurate timing to switch from release clutch to the apply clutch has been controlled, which reduced the disturbance and avoided the interrupt of the torque. In the inertial phase, the pressure increasing on the apply clutch has been controlled smoothly through the real time-closed loop modulation of pulse-width modulated valve, which improved the'shift quality of the automatic transmission. The recorded test data was analyzed, and the theory of shift quality improving has been proved rightly and practically.
