摘　　要：针对液氨球罐在使用中出现的支柱倾斜严重超标的现象，通过详细的应力计算，推测出下一个检验周期（１９９９年）的支柱倾斜趋势，验证了１９９５年和１９９９年支柱所能承受的压缩应力在合格范围内，支柱不会失稳，球罐可以安全可靠地运行到下一个检验周期。A detailed stress analysis was made for the severe overproof inclination of the pillars of spherical tanks for ammonia,and the inclination trend in the next check period was derived.Based on this inclination trend,it is concluded that the compressed stress beared by the pillars will be in a qualified range from 1995 to 1999, the spherical tank will be safely used to 1999.
