摘　　要：目的:探讨危重、Ⅰ级病人护理分亚类管理的方法和效果。方法:拟定危重、Ⅰ级护理病人的亚类标准,对住院病人中危重和Ⅰ级护理病人进行质量观察与管理。结果:危重、Ⅰ级护理病人护理分亚类管理后,基础护理工作量、护士长的访视率和护理质量检查结果均有较大的提升。结论:危重、Ⅰ级护理病人的护理进行亚类管理可以提升护理工作质量,调动护士的积极性,使护理人力资源的管理以病人需求为依据,使有限的护士资源得到充分的利用。Objective： To explore methods and effect of management about degreed critical nursing care. Methods： Nursing managers observed and managed the nursing quality according to the standards of degreed critical nursing care. Results： Quantity of basic nursing, visiting rate of head nurses and results of nursing quality examined bythe nursing department was improved a lot after degreed nursing care of critical patients implemented. Conclusion： Management of degreed critical nursing care could improve the nursing quality and arouse nurses＇ enthusiasm, make the human resource management at the base of patients＇ need, and utilize the limited nursing resource fully.
