摘　　要：目的探讨土槿甲酸(PAA)对接种于小鼠腋部皮下的肉瘤180(S180)细胞的抑制作用。方法在小鼠腋部皮下接种S180细胞,随后用不同浓度的PAA给各组小鼠作腹腔注射7d。继续饲养5d后处死小鼠,称瘤重,在光、电镜下观察瘤组织发育状况。结果不同浓度的PAA抑瘤效果亦不同。浓度稍大者抑瘤效果较好。PAA对瘤块生长、瘤细胞体积和瘤细胞分裂等均有抑制作用,并能促进瘤细胞凋亡。结论PAA能够抑制接种于小鼠体内的S180细胞的分裂与增殖,促进瘤细胞凋亡,并因此而延长了实验组小鼠的寿命。Objective To investigate the inhibitive effect of pseudolaric acid A （PAA） on sarcoma 180（S180 ） cells inoculated into the hypoderm of mouse armpit. Method S180 cells were inoculated into the hypoderm of mouse armpit. Different concentration of PAA was then given to these mice for seven days by way of peritoneal cavity injection. Five days later, the mice were killed. The tumors were cut off and weighed,and made into sections for light microscope and electron microscope observation. Result The inhibitive effects of PAA on S180 cells were different due to different concentration of PAA given to the mice. The greater the concentration of PAA,the more obvious the inhibitive effect of it. Both mitosis and growth of the tumor cells were inhibited by PAA. Obvious apoptosis of tumor was seen under microscope. Conclusion PAA is able to inhibit growth and proliferation of S180 cells and accelerate the apoptosis of S180 cells.
