质体传递规律的定量研究概述

摘　　要：论述了在各种可能的条件下建立的质体随细胞分裂而传递时的第ｎ代子细胞中含突变质体数目为Ｋ的概率公式，并根据公式推断出演变趋势指出了杂合细胞可纯化，可单向纯化，可双向纯化的本质特征研究了纯合速度与各参数的依承关系。The formula calculating the various probabilities of the n th generation cells containing K mutational plastids are discussed.And the tendencies of variation are inferred.The possible purification of hydrid cells is a one way or two way purification process.The interdependent relationships are studied between the purification speed and other parameters and the impact of selection on the transmission of the mutational plastids in the cell.
