犀角金线头部角状突起的组织学研究

摘　　要：对犀角金线头顶的犀角状突起的组织学研究显示其可分为前段、中段和基部三部分．前段以十分发达的角化上皮，致密发达的真皮网状层，中央无骨质管为特征；中段以中央有角质管，角化上皮和真皮网状层均不发达为特征；基部以中央骨质管管壁迅速增厚及皮下组织有少量肌纤维为特征．在各部均未发现神经末梢和腺体．Named fish species Sinocyclocheilus rhinocerousLi et Tao has a long projection on the crown of its head. Using the histological techniqus,the present study indicates that the projection comprises skin and a central bone tubule and could be divided into three segments. The first(apical)is characterized by the thick keratinized epithelium and absence of the central bone. The second(middle)is characterized by presence of the central bone tubule and the weakly developed skin. The third(basal)is characterized by presence of subepithelial muscle fibres and the wall—rhickened central bone tabule. Neither nerve terminal or gland are discovered. It appears that the function of the projection is only protective.
