乙肝Ⅲ号不同给药方法治疗肝炎后肝纤维化的疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：目的观察乙肝Ⅲ号不同给药方法治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法随机选择乙肝肝纤维化患者240例,分为外用膏组（58例）,内服组（62例）,内外合用组（63例）,对照组（57例）,其中对照组用保肝降酶基础治疗,其他3组在基础治疗上分别加用乙肝Ⅲ号穴位外敷,内服,内外合用3种不同给药方法,比较各组的治疗效果。结果4组均能改善临床症状,肝功能、肝纤3项等,治疗后3个月后内外合用组疗效显著（P〈0.05）;外用和内外合用组121例患者中有9例局部皮肤出现少许丘疹,瘙痒等不良反应。结论乙肝Ⅲ号内外合用治疗乙肝后肝纤维化有一定远期疗效,且较单一方法疗效明显,疗程以3个月为优。Objective To observe the efficacy of different medication of Yigansanhao（YGSH） in treatment of liver fibrosis due to hepatitis B.Methods 240 patients with liver fibrosis due to hepatitis B were divided randomly into four groups： external application of YGSH group（n=58）, internal application of YGSH group（n=62）,combined group（n=63）,control group（n=57）.Patients in control group were treated with the basis of general treatment of guaranteeing liver and reducing enzyme.Other 3 groups separately added 3 different methods with YGSH externally apply,take orally,combined treatment in the basis of general treatment.Results The clinic symptoms of four groups were all improved.Treatment effect（liver function,3 indexes of liver fibrosis） of combined group was significantly higher than other three groups after three months treatment（P〈0.05）.In the patients of external application of YGSH group and combined group,9 cases suffered some side-effects such as rash and titillation.Conclusions The combined treatment of YGSH has the certainly effect in treating liver fibrosis duo to hepatitis B,and its effect is significantly higher than that of single!treatment,and 3 months is the right period of treatment.
