术前眼结膜囊清洗方法对眼表组织的影响

摘　　要：目的研究不同的术前结膜囊清洗方法对眼表组织的损伤作用和杀菌效果,进而比较得出一种更安全、有效的术前结膜囊清洗方法。方法选取培养阳性、眼表无损伤的新西兰白化兔,共40只,按不同清洗结膜囊的方法随机分成4组,通过观察清洗后即刻结膜囊培养结果、结膜组织和角膜的损害度,与对照组进行对比分析和综合评估。结果在结膜损伤程度上,聚维酮碘原液＋氯化钠冲洗组与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。在角膜损伤程度上,聚维酮碘原液＋氯化钠冲洗组、聚维酮碘稀释液洗眼壶加压清洗组与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。综合考虑角结膜的损伤程度,聚维酮碘原液＋氯化钠冲洗组与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。在杀菌效果上,每组与对照组差异都有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论用聚维酮碘原液＋氯化钠冲洗对于组织损伤较少,并有杀菌效果,是一种新型、有效、安全的术前眼结膜囊清洗方法。Objective To research the injure and sterilization effect of the preoperative cleaning method of conjunctival sac on ocular surface tissue,and to compare and obtain a more safe and effective preoperative cleaning method of conjunctival sac.Methods 40 positive New Zealand white rabbits with no injure on ocular surface were selected and randomly divided into four groups according to different cleaning methods of conjunctival sac.The conjunctival sac culture results immediately after cleaned,the injure degrees of conjunctiva tissue and cornea were observed,then comparatively analyzed and comprehensively evaluated with those of the control group.Results There was no statistical meaning in the differences of injure degrees of conjunctiva between the cleaning group of Povidone Iodine primary solution ＋ sodium chloride and the control group（P〉0.05）.There was no statistical meaning in the differences of injure degrees of cornea between the cleaning group of Povidone Iodine primary solution ＋ sodium chloride,the undine pressurized cleaning group of Povidone Iodine diluent solution and the control group（P〉0.05）.Comprehensively considering the conjunctiva and cornea injures, there was no statistical meaning in the differences between the cleaning group of Povidone Iodine primary solution ＋ sodium chloride and the control group.In the sterilization effect,there was statistical meaning in the differences between each group and the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Cleaning with Povidone Iodine primary solution ＋ sodium chloride has less injure on tissue,and has sterilization effect.So it is a new,effective and safe cleaning method of conjunctival sac.
