白内障患者行PHACO＋IOL术的心理干预康复效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对白内障患者行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入（PHACO＋IOL）术的康复效果。方法将择期行白内障PHACO＋IOL术的患者,随机分为对照组和干预组。2组除均进行常规治疗和护理外,干预组针对患者存在的心理问题,给予恰当的心理疏导、安慰、支持等。观察2组术后1 d、1周、1个月的视力康复情况。结果2组术后1 d的视力无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,2组术后1周、术后1个月的视力有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论行PHACO＋IOL术的白内障患者存在心理问题。心理干预可以减轻白内障患者的心理问题,并且促进行PHACO＋IOL术后的康复效果。Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of psychological intervention on the cataract patients who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lenses implantation（PHACO＋IOL）.Methods The cataract patients who would select PHACO＋IOL were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.All the two groups received the routine treatment and nursing,additional psychological leading,comfort and support were carried out in the intervention group according to the patients＇ psychological problems.The rehabilitation situations of eyesight were observed 1 day,1 week and 1 month after the operation in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in eyesight 1 day after the operation between the two groups（P〉0.05）,and significant difference in eyesight 1 week after the operation（P〈0.05）.There were more significant differences in eyesight 1 month after the operation between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusions The cataract patients who perform PHACO＋IOL have psychological problems.Appropriate psychological interventions can reduce the cataract patients＇ psychological problems and improve the recovered effect after PHACO＋IOL.
