摘　　要：目的探讨PICC在传染病危重患者静脉输液和抢救中的优势及护理特点。方法回顾总结106例传染病患者应用PICC的临床资料,分析PICC在传染病输液治疗和抢救中的优势、并发症及护理对策。结果PICC留置时间为1～137 d,静脉炎发生率8.5%,局部渗血65.1%,经护理干预后继续留置。结论PICC解决了患者反复静脉穿刺的痛苦,减少护患纠纷及护理人员被感染的机会,确保了危重患者静脉治疗和抢救的顺利进行。Objective To discuss the advantages of PICC in the venous transfusion and the rescue of the critical patients with infectious disease and the nursing characteristics.Methods The clinical materials of applying PICC among 106 cases with infectious disease were retrospectively summarized.The advantage,complication and nursing countermeasure of PICC in the treatment and rescue were analyzed.Results The indwelling time of PICC was 1-137 day,the occurrence rate of phlebitis was 8.5%,and the partial oozing of blood was 65.1%.The PICC continued to indwell after the nursing intervention.Conclusions PICC solves the pain of patients repeatedly suffering the venous puncture,reduces the dispute between nursing staff and patients,decreases the opportunity of being infected of nursing staff,and guarantees the smooth process of venous therapy and rescue.
