肝动脉化疗栓塞后患者血常规和肝功能指标的变化分析与护理

摘　　要：目的观察分析TACE术后患者血常规和肝功能化验指标的变化情况。方法采用自身对照法,对66例住院行TACE治疗患者治疗前、后的血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板和丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、血清白蛋白和总蛋白的化验指标分析,比较其变化情况。结果TACE术后患者的血红蛋白和血小板计数均低于术前,白细胞计数较术前增高,丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素和直接胆红素均增高,血清白蛋白和总蛋白均降低,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。术后血红蛋白的变化与血清白蛋白和丙氨酸氨基转移酶的变化有关,血小板的变化与总蛋白、直接胆红素和丙氨酸氨基转移酶的变化有关。结论TACE术后患者血常规及肝功能较术前存在明显变化。Objective To observe and analyze the change of blood routine test and liver function after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE）.Methods The change of hemoglobin（Hb）,white blood cell（WBC）,platelet（PLT）,ALT,AST,TB,DB,albumin and blood total protein of 66 inpatients underwent TACE were analyzed by statistics of paired t test and stepwise regression.Results After TACE,both of Hb and PLT decreased,but WBC increased;blood ALT,AST,TB,DB increased,but albumin and blood total protein decreased significantly（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The change of Hb was related with albumin and ALT.The change of PLT was correlated with blood total protein,DB and ALT.Conclusions Blood routine test and liver function changed significantly after TACE.
