冠心病患者的社会支持状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者的社会支持状况及影响因素。方法采用社会支持评定量表（SSRS）和社会人口学资料对234例冠心病患者进行调查。结果冠心病患者社会支持高于正常人;不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况和治病费用来源的冠心病患者社会支持状况有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。年龄〉60岁、文化程度低、离异或丧偶和自费的冠心病患者是社会支持的弱势群体。结论临床护理人员应认真评估冠心病患者的社会支持系统,加强冠心病患者的社会支持和利用度,重点放在年老、文化程度低、离异或丧偶和自费的患者身上,帮助患者适应疾病过程,提高其生存质量。Objective To explore the social support status and related factors of the patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 234 patients with coronary heart disease were investigated with social support rating scale（SSRS） and demography sheet.Results Scores of SSRS of the patients were higher than that of the normal people.There were significant differences in social support status among the patients with different age,education background,marriage status,and medical fee resources（P〈0.05）.The patients who were older than 60 year-old or had lower education background or were widower/widow or paid the medical fee by themselves had lower social support（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusions Nurses should assess the patient＇s social support system seriously,and perform holistic nursing to enhance their social support and usage,and pay more attention to the patients who are older or have lower education background or are widower/widow or pay the medical fee by themselves,which can help the patient adapt the disease course and improve their quality of life.
