摘　　要：目的探讨眼科健康教育系列图谱在临床的应用效果。方法在眼科治疗、护理、手术、住院及就诊等各个环节,使用自行设制的眼科系列健康教育图谱为患者或其家属进行相关知识的健康教育。结果患者健康教育满意度、患者或家属对所患疾病的知识知晓率、健康教育普及率、患者依从性、行为改变及医患沟通有效率等均有所提高。结论眼科健康教育图谱的应用,开创一种全新的医疗、护理服务模式,使健康教育逐步向系统化、专业化、正规化方向发展,不断满足患者日益增长的疾病知识需求,体现了以人为本的人文关怀理念。Objective To explore the effect of ophthalmology health education series diagram used in clinical. Methods Self-designed ophthalmology health education series diagram were used in ophthalmology nursing, surgical operation, hospitalization and so on for the patients and their family members. Results The patient＇ health education satisfaction, they or their family members＇ knowledge, universality rate of health education, their behavior change and compliance, and patient-nurse communication were promoted. Conclusions The application of the ophthalmology health education diagram is a kind of new treatment and nursing mode, which makes health education develop gradually to be systematic and professional and normal, meets the patient＇s knowledge needs, and embody humanities concern principle.
