摘　　要：目的通过腹腔镜肝切除手术中常见护理问题,制定相应对策,指导护士做好配合工作,提高护理质量。方法针对腹腔镜肝切除手术中的护理问题及特点,制定护理对策。结果123例腹腔镜肝切除患者未发生压伤和神经损伤,术程顺利,未发生术中死亡,有3例术中大出血,顺利完成中转开腹。结论随着腹腔镜肝切除手术适应症的扩大,加强腹腔镜手术患者的围手术期的管理,是手术成功的保证。Objective To analyze the nursing problems during the process of hepatectomy through abdominal speculum, carry out countermeasures, so as to instruct nurse to assist the operation successfully and improve the nursing quality. Methods The nursing measures were formulated according to the nursing problems and characteristics of hepatectomy through abdominal speculum. Results In the 123 cases with of hepatectomy through abdominal speculum, there were no complication of crush, nerve injury and death, the operation went smoothly. There were hemorrhea in 3 cases, yet were received celiotomy successfully. Conclusions Strengthening the management of peri-operation through abdominal speculum is the guarantee of successful operation along with the expansion of hepatectomy through abdominal speculum.
