摘 要:分布式发电(DG)技术在电力系统中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在配电网中接入DG通常能改善负荷点和系统的可靠性指标,但是DG的接入对配电网的结构和运行产生了很大的影响,而且DG有许多与传统发电厂和配电变电站不同的自身特点。因此,在配电网可靠性评估中,不能将DG当作传统发电厂和配电变电站进行处理。本文提出了一种计及DG影响的配电网可靠性评估方法,并应用该评估方法对一接入DG的配电线路进行计算,验证了该方法的有效性。The application of Distributed Generation (DG) plays an increasing role in power system. Load point and system reliability indices are normally improved if DG is installed in a distribution network. However, the installation of DG will exercise influence over the configuration and operation of the distribution network, and DG has some specific characteristics which distinguish it from conventional generation and distribution substation, so it should not be treated neither as conventional generation nor distribution substation to perform reliability evaluation. This paper proposes a reliability assessment approach considering DG impacts, and the proposed method has been validated on a sample distribution system with DG.
