摘  要:将合作分配模型引入到可中断电价研究中。对电网公司和用户等可中断负荷计划参与者的成本和效益进行了分析,利用Shapley等值法确定电网公司对参与用户的电价折扣率,可以根据合作各方在合作中所作贡献的大小公平地分配实施可中断负荷所产生的效益。算例结果表明,该方法既可作为制定可中断电价的依据,也可以作评估可中断电价合理性和公平性的验证手段。The cooperative-distribution models introduced to the study on the interruptible load pricing system. The costs and benefits of the participators including the power grid company and the customers are analysed and the discount rate of the power price when trading with the customers is determined through Shapley equivalence method, by which, all the participantors in the interruptible load pricing system can get their rational profit according to their distributions to the cooperation respectively. It is demonstrated from the simulation that the proposed method can be the evidence in the interruptible load pricing and provide a way of evaluating the rationality and equity of interruptible load pricing system.
