摘　　要：目的:观察阳明腑实证患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子变化情况,探讨其与肠源性内毒素血症的相关性。方法:25例患者随机分为两组,一组给予常规治疗作为对照组,另一组在常规治疗基础上给予复方大承气汤作为中药组,检测入院时及治疗后3d血浆内毒素(ET),血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的变化,用IFN-γ/IL-4比值表示Th1/Th2的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后血浆ET、血清IFN-γ、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平均降低,尤以中药治疗组降低更具有显著性(P<0.05)。Th1/Th2比值升高。结论:复方大承气汤对阳明腑实证患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4及Th1/Th2比值具有调节作用,阳明腑实证患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4及Th1/Th2比值与肠源性内毒素血症有一定的相关性。Abstract：Objective To study the Changes of the Peripheral Blood type 1 and type 2 helper T cells（Thl/Th2） cytokine in Yang Ming Fu Shi syndrome and correlation with intestinal endotoxemia.Methods Twenty- five patients with Yang Ming Fu Shi syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment and the other was treated with compund Dachangqi （大承气） decoction for three days. ET level in plasm and IFN-У、IL-4、Thl/Th2 in serum were checked before and after treatment.Results Blood levels of ET、IFN-У、IL-4 after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）.But all parameters in the herbal medicine treated group was markedly decreased compared with those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ET、IFN-У、IL-4 and Thl/Th2 in patients with Yang Ming Fu Shi syndrome are adjusted by compund Dachengqi decoction and are correlated with the intestinal endotoxemia.Keywords：Yang Ming Fu Shi Syndrome,intestinal endotoxemia,IFN-У,IL-4
