辽宁省锡伯族及汉族惯用手基因频率的分布

摘　　要：目的抽样调查了沈阳市新城子区两个群体锡伯族及汉族惯用手的特征,对惯用手基因频率的分布进行了同民族不同性别间及两个民族之间的X^2检验比较分析,为人类群体遗传学研究提供资料。方法采用多项观察(如使用剪刀、投球、使筷、写字等)综合得出结论。左手灵巧者则为左惯用手(L型),若右手灵巧则为右惯用手(R型)。结果辽宁锡伯族惯用手显性基因频率A=0.8517、隐性基因频率a=0.1483。辽宁汉族惯用手显性基因频率A=0.7895,隐性基因频率a=0.2105。结论辽宁锡伯族、汉族男、女群体基因频率分布无显著差异(P>0.05),两个民族间惯用手基因频率分布有显著差异(P<0.05)。Objective To study the gene frequency of handedness in Xibo and Han nationalities of Liaoning province to provide data for genetic of human Anthropology. Methods We judge the left-handed or right handed people by mutiple observations （writing,throwing,using scissors）. Results The dominant gene frequency of handedness was 0.8517, the recessive gene frequency of handedness was 0.1483 in Liaoning Xibo nationality. The dominant gene frequency was 0.7895 and the recessive gene frequency was 0.2105 in Han nationality. Conclusion There were significant diffrences in gene frequencies of handedness between Han and Xibo nationalities with no obvious differece between male and female.
