摘  要:目的:观察烧伤患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)和ET-1/NO比值的动念变化。方法:选择Ⅱ度灼伤患者27例,于烧伤后早期不同时间抽取静脉血,分离血浆冻存,用亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐法测定血浆中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐水平,表示血浆中NO含量;用放射免疫法测定血浆中ET-1水平,计算ET-1/NO比值;同时测定10位正常人上述指标作为对照组。结果:烧伤后血浆NO和ET-1水平急剧升高,在一定时间内持续高于对照组(P<0.005),ET-1于烧伤后16 h达高峰,NO于24 h达高峰,较ET-1迟后,其后均逐渐下降,ET-1上升幅度大于NO,故ET-1/NO比值明显高于对照组。结论:烧伤后NO、ET-1和ET-1和ET-1/NO比值均升高,提示NO和ET-1均参与了烧伤病理生理过程,适时调节ET-1/NO比值可能有助于烧伤治疗。Objective: To observe the dynamic variation of nitrogen monoxidum (NO), endothelin - 1 ( ET - 1 ), and their ratios in blood plasma of burn patients. Methods: 27 of the second - degree burns patients were selected and their venous blood in early stage of postburn were teken at regular intervals for separating plasma and keeping at - 30℃. Nitrite and ,nitrate levels of plasma, representing NO content, were determined by Griess method. The levels of ET - 1 were measured by radioimmunoassay and the ratios of ET - 1/NO were calculated. Meanwhile, 10 normal people were enrolled in this study as control group. Results: The NO and ET - 1 levels of plasma in test group increased sharply and were higher in certain period than in control group ( P 〈 0. 005 ) . ET - 1 reached its peak in 16 hours postburn, earlier than NO about 8 hours. Then both of them were beginning to decrease. Because of increase extent in ET - 1 bigger than in NO, ET - 1/NO of test group is significantly higher than of control group ( P 〈 0. 005) . Conclusions: After bums, the levels of NO, ET - 1 and the ratios of ET - 1/NO increased, indicating NO and ET - 1 were involved in the pathological and physiological proces- ses of bums. These suggested that the regulations of ET - 1/NO may be beneficial for treating burns.
