摘　　要：目的:探讨总结皮肤再生医疗技术治疗小儿四肢Ⅱ度烧伤的临床护理经验,规范护理操作技术程序。方法:对2000年2月～2005年2月收治的262例小儿四肢Ⅱ度烧伤的护理进行回顾性总结。结果:262例四肢Ⅱ度烧伤患儿全部治愈,且无瘢痕形成及功能障碍。结论:皮肤再生医疗技术治疗小儿四肢烧伤方法简单,疗效满意,良好的医疗环境和护患关系是做好治疗的前提,严格规范的操作是提高治愈率的保证。Objective： To summarize clinical nursing experience and to standardize nursing procedure of treating second degree burns in pediatric patient＇ s limbs with skin regenerative medicine and therapy. Method： Retrospective review of nursing second degree burns in limbs of 262 prdiatric patients admitted during the period of 02/2002 - 02/2005 was made. Results： 262 cases were healed completedly without scar formation and dysfunction. Conclusion： Skin regenerative medicine and therapy to treat second degree burns in limbs of pediatric cases is a simple method with good curative effect. Favorable medical environment and better nurse - patient relationship are the premise to obtain best clinical results. Strict and standard operation of nursing is a guarantee to reach better effect.
