摘 要:学术背景:生物微晶玻璃以其良好的生物相容性、生物亲和性和无毒副作用,耐化学腐蚀等优点而日益受到更加广泛的青睐。广泛地应用于骨科、牙科的替代及骨组织工程等领域。目的:综述生物微晶玻璃的发展和应用,探讨生物微晶玻璃的制备方法和性能要求,为生物微晶玻璃的开发与临床应用提供理论参考。检索策略:应用计算机检索PubMed数据库和中文科技期刊数据库(维普)1990-01/2007-10的有关文献,检索词为"生物,微晶玻璃(微晶陶瓷)",限定文章语言分别为英语和中文。共检索到422篇相关文献,其中中文文献53篇,英文文献369篇,对文献进行筛选,纳入标准:①选取针对性强,相关度高的文献。②对同一领域的文献选择近期发表或权威杂志的文献;排除重复研究和Meta分析类文章。最后38篇被选用。文献评价:选用38篇文献,其中9篇为综述、其余均为临床与实验研究。资料综合:生物微晶玻璃的发展和应用主要体现在骨科牙科修复材料、玻璃基骨水泥、药物载体材料、骨组织工程和介入治疗用玻璃材料等方面。为了满足临床对人工骨材料各种形状的需要,要求生物微晶玻璃除了具有良好的生物相容性和一定的力学性能外,还必须具备一定的可切削性能。生物微晶玻璃的一般制备方法有烧结法、熔融法和溶胶-凝胶法等。结论:生物微晶玻璃应用领域的不断扩展对其性能提出了更高的要求,而伴随着各种新的制备技术不断被用于生物微晶玻璃的制备中,使其性能和应用领域得到了进一步的提高,其中可加工生物微晶玻璃是发展的前景之一。BACKGROUND: The biological glass-ceramics has good biological compatibility, bio-affinity and resistance to chemical corrosion, without toxicity response, so it receives a more widespread favor and has been applied on orthopedics, dentistry substitution and bone tissue engineering widely. OBJECTIVE: To summarize the development and application of biomedical glass-ceramics, explore the preparation method and performance of biomedical glass-ceramics, which provide theoretical evidences for exploitation and clinical application of biomedical glass-ceramics. RETRIEVAL STRATEGY: The relevant articles between January 1990 and October 2007 were retrieved on computer from PubMed and China Journal Full-text Database by using the key words of "biology, bio-glass (bin-ceramic)" and the languages were limited to English and Chinese. A total of 422 literatures were retrieved, including 369 foreign literatures and 53 internal literatures. Inclusive criteria: (1)Focused and related articles were selected.(2)Literatures about the same subject published in the near future or on the authoritative journals were preferred. Exclusive criteria: repetitive articles and Meta analysis articles. At last 38 literatures were collected. LITERATURE EVALUATION: Among the collected articles, nine of them were reviews, and the others were clinical and experimental articles. DATA SYNTHESIS: The development and application of biological giass-ceramics are mainly manifested in orthopedics and dentistry repair material, the glass based bone cement, the medicine carder material, the bone tissue engineering and the glass material of interventional treatment and so on. In order to satisfy clinical need for the shape of artificial bone material, the biological glass-ceramics is requested to have not only the good biological compatibility and the certain mechanics performance, but also certain machinability.
