摘　　要：半个世纪以来,欧洲一体化进程的实践证明,经济一体化、政治一体化的实现都离不开统一的欧洲法律体系的建设。欧洲法院司法实践证明,在欧洲一体化进程中,欧洲法院司法独立的作用功不可没。文章从分析欧洲法院的特点入手阐述其司法独立性及其在欧洲一体化进程中的作用。The process of Integrity of the Europe shows that the integrity of politics and economics cannot be realized without the construction of European uniform legal system during the past half of the centenary. The practice of the European court of justice certifies that the independence of the European court of justice has performed great contributions in the process of the integrity of Europe. We believe that in the process of building harmonized society in China as well as in the legal construction and judicial reform we can draw a lot of lessons from the experience and practice of the independence of the European court of justice.
