摘 要:在调查、分析河涌水污染特征的基础上,进行了悬浮式生物膜法处理模拟河涌水的挂膜实验研究.研究结果表明:采用循环挂膜法,在以自然复氧为主,辅以回流曝气条件下,适宜的挂膜条件为温度22~30℃,pH控制在6.0~7.5,溶解氧为1.8-2.5mg/L.经挂膜4~6d后,平均出水CODcr、NH3-N和TP的去除率分别为51%、27%和43%.挂膜成熟后,沿程测得单位表面积填料的微生物变化范围在3.01~5.37mg/cm^2之间.在挂膜初期宜采用较大流量9-15L/min,以提高复氧能力,生物膜成熟以后应降低流量至6L/min左右.On the base of investigating and analyzing pollution characteristics of streams, a start-up experiment on simulation stream treatment by suspended bio-film process was carried out. The reactor was started by circulatory biofilm colonization with the main of natural aeration and part of aerated recycling process. The results showed that suitable conditions for start-up with temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen concentration was 22 - 30 ℃, 6.0 - 7.5 and 1.8 - 2.5 mg/L, respectively. And the average removal efficiency of effluent CODcr、NH3 -N and TP was 45%、28% and 37% after 4 -6 day circulatory bio-film coating treatment. On the other hand, the variation of microorganism quantity along the procedure on unit bio-film surface was 5.37 - 3.01 mg/cm^2. In addition, the flow control of influent and effluent should be adjusted during different biofilm colonization period with high flow about 9 L/min - 15 L/min in initial stage and low flow in bio-film maturity stage with 6 L/min accordingly.
