摘 要:水平井酸化是提高水平井产量的一项重要增产措施。由于水平井段长,钻井液污染的深度和范围较直井更为严重,所以要充分了解水平井的特殊性,考虑到酸化作业是在注入能力相差悬殊的长井段油气井中进行的,酸化作业的关键就是确定酸液的分布,将酸液均匀注入到低渗透带或伤害严重井段。而酸液的均匀分布又取决于对酸液体系和酸化工艺的合理选择。文章简要介绍了水平井的伤害特征和适用于水平井酸化的酸液体系,并针对水平井酸化处理的技术难点,阐述了适用于不同完井方式的水平井酸化工艺技术。Acidizing technology is an important stimulation treatment measure in horizontal wells. Owing to the long horizontal section, the contamination of drilling fluid in horizontal well is more seriously than vertical well. Therefore, it is necessary to know the particularity of horizontal well. Considering that the acidizing fluid is injected to the long-section oil well in which the injecting difference is very large, even distributing of acidizing fluid is the key to acidizing treatment. However, even distributing of acidizing fluid depends on the reasonably selection of acidizing fluid and acidizing technology. This article briefly described the damage characteristics of horizontal well and acidizing fluid system. In view of the difficulty points of acidizing treatment in horizontal well, the paper detailedly introduces the horizontal well acidizing technology that can be applied to various well completion systems.
