摘  要:[目的]探讨灌水量与荧光的关系,为提高干旱胁迫对小麦荧光动力参数影响拓宽研究方法和内容。[方法]利用英国汉莎公司生产的FMS-Ⅱ型荧光仪测定小麦旗叶荧光动力学参数Fs、Fm′、F0、Fm、Fv/Fm。[结果]肥力相同,灌水不同时,光反应下Fm灌水2 100m3/hm2比灌水1 050 m3/hm2高,ΦPSⅡ则相反;灌水相同,肥力不同,荧光参数差异不明显。[结论]冬小麦植株自身由调控机制来适应胁迫,虽然灌水2 100 m3/hm2荧光强度高,但实际光量子效率指标却是灌水1 050 m3/hm2的高,在不需要相当高肥力情况下,只要水分含量足够,肥力对冬小麦旗叶荧光参数Fv/Fm影响不大。[ Objective] The purpose of the study was to discuss the relationship between irrigation quantity and fluorescence so as to widen the study method and content for enhancing the influence of drought stress on the fluorescence kinetic parameters of wheat. [Method] The FMS-Ⅱ type luminoscope produced by English Hansh,a Company was used to determine the fluorescence kinetic parameters of Fs, Fm', F0,Fm and Fv/Fm of wheat flag leaf. [Result] When the fertilities were same and the irrigations were different, the Fm of irrigating water at 2 100 m^3/hm^2 was higher than that of irrigating water at 1 050 m^3/hm^2 under photoreaction, and their ФPSU were opposite. When the irrigations were same and the fertilities were different, the differences of fluorescence parameters were not obvious. [ Conclusion] The winter wheat plant adapted stress through regulation mechanism by itself. Although the fluorescence intensity of irrigating water at 2 100 m^3/hm^2 was high, the actual photo quantum efficiency index of irrigating water at 1 050 m^3/hm^2 was high. Under the condition of not needing relatively high fertility, ff only the water content was enough, the irtfluence of fertility on the fluorescence parameter Fv/Fm of winter wheat flag leaf was not big.
