摘  要:[目的]探究干旱胁迫对宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarumL.)幼苗抗氧化保护酶活性的影响,为枸杞的节水灌溉提供理论依据。[方法]利用不同程度的干旱胁迫处理盆栽枸杞幼苗,分别在处理后第13、6、1、2 d测定枸杞幼苗叶片的膜透性、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶SOD活性、放氧速率及膜质过氧化产物MDA含量。[结果]宁夏枸杞具有较强的抗旱性,在干旱胁迫程度小于田间最大持水量45%的条件下,宁夏枸杞以上各项指标与对照相比差异不显著,而在干旱胁迫程度大于田间最大持水量45%的条件下,各项指标变化显著。[结论]田间最大持水量45%是宁夏枸杞正常生长的临界值。当干旱胁迫程度低于该值时,宁夏枸杞能够正常生长,而当提高干旱胁迫程度时,宁夏枸杞生长受到一定程度的影响。[ Objective] The research aiMed to explore the effects of drought stress on the activity of the antioxidation protective enzyme in the seedlings of Lycium barbanum L. and provide theoretical basis for the water-saving irrigation of L. barbanum. [Method] The potted seedlings of L. barbanum were treated with different degrees of drought stress, and the membrane pemeability, the content of soluble protein, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the oxygen evolution rate and the content of membrane-lipid superoxide MDA were determined on the 1st , 3rd ,6th and 12th d after treatments. [Result] L. barbarum had stronger drought-resistance. When the degree of drought stress was lower than 45% of the maximum water-holding capacity in the field, the above indexes in L. barbarum were not significantly different from that of CK. When the degree of drought stress was higher than 45 % of the maximum water-holding capacity in the field, all the indexes were significantly changed. [Conclusion] 45% of the maximum water-holding Capacity in the field was the critical value for the normal growth of L; barbarum. When the degree of drought stress was lower than this value, L. barbarum could grow normally. When the degree of drought stress was increased, the growth of L. barbarum was affected to certain degree.
