摘　　要：启动子是基因表达的重要顺式调控元件。对植物基因启动子的核心结构与功能、种子特异性启动子的结构特点、植物基因启动子克隆的方法、已经克隆的种子特异启动子及存在的问题进行了综述,并对该领域的发展趋势进行了展望。Promoters are the important regulation factors/clements in gene expression. The structure and function of promoters, the structure of seed-specific promoter, the cloning methods of promoter, the cloned seed-specific promoters and existing problems are analyzed and reviewed in this paper. Meanwhile the developing prospect in the study of seed-specific promoters was also discussed.
