摘  要:[目的]通过研究不同温度、不同发芽床等条件对川党参种子萌发的影响,找出川党参种子发芽的最佳基本条件,从而为川党参的规范化栽培提供一定的依据。[方法]采用常规的发芽试验方法进行试验,不同温度(15,20,25,30,15/25,20/30℃)和不同发芽床(纸间、纸上、砂间、砂上)等处理对川党参种子进行发芽试验,测定发芽率和发芽指数。[结果]在25℃下川党参种子发芽率在第8天达到高峰,在15℃下川党参种子发芽率最低。发芽床以砂上为最佳,砂中为最差。[结论]在25℃进行砂上培养是川党参种子萌发检验的最适条件。Objective: To fred out the condition for the germination by studying the effects of temperature and seed bed on Codonopsis tangshen, and offer the basis for standardized culture of C. tangshen .Method:The general germination methed.Gemaination rate and index of C. tangshen seed were determined, The germination of C. tangshen seed was under following conditions: treatments under different temperature (15,20,25,30,15/25,20/30 ℃) and different gemaination cultivation conditions (on top filter paper , between filter paper , on top sand , between sand). Result:Germination rate of the seeds reached the maximal within 8 days at 25 ℃. TS was the best seed bed for C. tangshen seed. S was the west. Conclusion: The optimal condition for the germination of the seed of is as follow: on top sand, and 25 ℃ under light.
