摘 要:[目的]对中药提取物进行抑菌成分分析,为新型植物源农药的研制提供基础。[方法]以丁香等14种中药乙醇提取物为材料,测定各提取物对油菜菌核病菌的抑制活性,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析丁香提取物的化学成分,并测定其对油菜菌核病菌抑菌活性和油菜菌核病菌菌丝干重的影响。[结果]结果表明:丁香提取物对油菜菌核病菌菌丝生长抑制效果最好,抑制率为100%。[结论]初步证实丁香酚为丁香提取物的主要抑菌成分。[ Objective] The aim of the research was to analyze the antifungal components of Chinese herb extracts and provide basis for the development of new types of plant pesticides. [Method] With the ethanol extracts from 14 kinds of Chinese herbs including Syzyghan aromaticum L. as materials, the inhibitory activities of all kinds of extracts to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in rape were detennined, The chemical components in the extracts from S. aromaticam were analyzed by GC-MS method and its effects on the antifungal activity to S. sclerotiorum in rape and the mycelium dry weight of S. sclerotiorum were determined. [ Result] The results showed that the inhibitory effects of the extracts from S. aromaticum on the mycelium growth of S. sclerotiorum in rape were better and the inhibitory rate was 100%. [Conclusion] Eugenol was preliminarily verified to be main antifungal conrponent in the extracts from S. aromaticum.
