摘  要:[目的]利用大叶醉鱼草(Buddleia davidii)研究开发环保农药,寻找防治害虫的新途径。[方法]将大叶醉鱼草叶制成乙醇提取液,分别对蝗虫进行胃毒和触杀试验,观测其杀虫效果。[结果]浓度为50%的大叶醉鱼草乙醇提取液的胃毒作用最强烈,杀虫效果可达50%;浓度为75%、100%的大叶醉鱼草乙醇提取液的触杀效果均在80%左右。[结论]大叶醉鱼草乙醇提取液对蝗虫有一定的胃毒作用,并且不同浓度的大叶醉鱼草乙醇提取液对蝗虫的胃毒强度不同;大叶醉鱼草乙醇提取液、水提取液对蝗虫都有一定的触杀作用,并且乙醇提取液浓度越高,作用越强烈,效果越好。[Objective] The purpose was to study and develop environment-friendly pesticides by utilizing Buddleia davidii and seek for the new approach of controlling pest. [Method] The B. davidii leaf was made into ethanol extract liquid and the stomach and contact poisoning experiments were conducted on the locusts to observe its insecticidal effects. [Result] The stomach poisoning action of B. davidii ethanol extract liquid with concentration of :50% was most intense and its insecticidal effect could reach :50%. The contact poisoning effects of B. davidii ethanol extract liquids with concentrations of 75% and 100% were about 80%. [Conclusion] The B. davidii ethanol extract liquid had some stomach poisoning action on locusts and that with different concentrations had different stomach poisoning intensities on locusts. Both the ethanol and water extract liquids of B. davidii had some contact poisoning action on locusts and the higher the concentration of ethanol extract liquid was, the more intense the action was and the better the effect was.
