济南市土地利用综合分区与空间管制研究

摘　　要：围绕统筹区域协调发展的要求,结合济南市土地利用现状,根据济南市土地利用的空间分布规律,利用主导因素分析与综合分析相结合的方法,将全市土地划分为北部平原生态农业区、中部平原城镇建设区和南部山区生态建设区3个综合区域,并提出各分区内土地利用的管制措施。Combining the requirement of planning the harmoniously regional development as a whole with the present status of land utilization in Jinan city, based on the spatial distribution law of land utilization in Jinan city, the land in the whole city was divided into 3 comprehensive regions including ecological agriculture region i,l the northern phin, town construction region in the middle plain and ecological construction region in the southern mountainous area by the method of combining dominant factor analysis with comprehensive analysis. And the regulation measures were suggested for land utilizations in various divisions.
