摘 要:[目的]探究不同吸附剂对土壤的固氮吸附作用。[方法]通过室内和实地的吸附试验,研究不同吸附剂对土壤中氮素的固定作用。[结果]室内试验的3种吸附剂中,竹炭对氮的吸附能力最强,泥炭次之,沸石最低;吸附的氮素中,铵态氮所占的比例较大,硝态氮所占的比例较小。蔬菜地试验的4种吸附剂中,活性污泥对氮的吸附能力最强,泥炭和炭质页岩次之,竹炭最低。吸附剂的使用可以在一定程度上降低土壤中氮素的流失,对农业生产和水环境保护产生良好的效益。[结论]该研究为农业生产中氮吸附剂的选择及水体富营养化的控制提供了科学依据。[ Objective] The research aimed to probe into the nitrogen fixation and absorption of different absorbents to soil. [ Method] In indoor field absorption test, the fixing effects of different absorbents on nitrogen in the soil were studied. [ Result ] Among 3 kinds of absorbents in indoor test, the absorption capacity of bamboo charcoal to nitrogen was strongest, followed by peat and that of zeolite was lowest. In absorbed nitrogen, the proportion of ammonium nitrogen was greater and that of nitrate nitrogen was smaller. Among 4 kinds of absorbents in the vegetable field test, the absorption capacity of activated sludge to nitrogen was strongest, followed by peat and carbonaceous shale and that of bamboo charcoal was lowest. The usage of absorbents could decrease the loss of nitrogen in the soil to certain degree and produce good benefits for agricultural production and the protection of water environment. [ Gonclusion] The research provided scientific basis for selecting nitrogen absorbents in agricultural production and controlling water eutrophication.
