摘　　要：通过对病案信息质量监控方法的透视,分析病案信息在新形势下的突显作用,探讨当前病案信息监控问题,提出当今做好病案信息质量的四级监控方法:自我监控、科室质控、院级监控及病案科质控,以确保病案信息质量。By the perspective of the methods of monitoring the information in the medical record, we analyzed the outstanding role of medical record information under new the circumstances, discussed the issue of monitoring current medical record information, and advanced monitoring medical record information in four levels： monitoring by oneself, the department, the hospital and the medical record department, to ensure the quality of medi- cal record information.
