摘　　要：介绍中间件的定义和分类,并在此基础上提出电子病历系统的设计方案、结构体系、内部框架和数据结构等。基于中间件技术的电子病历系统在临床应用中运行良好、安全稳定、易维护、通用性好,提高了医疗质量和临床工作效率,体现了一定的功能优势。Electronic medical record is a result of development of hospital clinical Information system, while it is the nformation integration and correlative services for taking the patients as core. In this paper, the definition and types are ntroduced simply and the project of electronic medical record system based on middleware is put forward. The architecture inner frame and data structure of the system are described in detail. In clinical practice, it is well-running, secure, steady, easy maintenance and good-expansibility, while it improves medical quality and clinical work efficiency, and also shows good performance.
