摘　　要：随着网络资源共享在数字化医院建设中的深入应用,为了更好地解决网络客户端快捷有效的切换访问外部Internet和内部Intranet,在不改变现有网络的物理拓扑结构和不增加硬件投入的前提下,避免手工修改网络配置的烦琐步骤,采用了客户端单网卡绑定双网关和使用信号分离器的软件自动切换配置技术,成功地解决了某三级甲等医院Vlan网络中的客户端内外网互访问题,在医院跨网络办公建设方面起到了关键作用。Network resources sharing technology is applied widely in the construction of digital hospital. In order to switch the client＇s access to Internet and Intranet more efficiently and effectively, a technique of single network interface card bundled a pair of gateways and signal separator automatically switching configuration technology have be adopted. It will not only avoid burdensome of manual changes network configuration, but also avoid changing existing physical network topology and extra hardware investment. The new techniques will successfully resolve the problems of clients access and collaborate both inside and outside Vlan network.
