鼻内镜下咽鼓管吹张术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下咽鼓管吹张术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法对分泌性中耳炎患者共64例(84耳)采取内镜下咽鼓管口检查、吹张及同步注药术进行治疗,并进行疗效评价。结果治愈率57.2%(48/84),好转率33.3%(28/84),无效率9.5%(8/84),总有效率90.5%。结论内镜下咽鼓管吹张及同步注药术有利于听力提高和咽鼓管功能恢复,是治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效方法。Objective To discuss therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic Eustachian tube insufflation to treat chronic secretory otitis media （OMSC）. Methods To check Eustachian orifice, give Eustachian tube insufflation and medical therapy simultaneously to 64 patients suffering from OMSC （84 ears）, and evaluate therapeutic effect. Results The curative rate was 57.2% （48/84） ;the improvement rate was 33.3% （28/84）;the inefficacy rate was 9.5% （8/84）;the total effective rate was 90.5%. Conclusion Eustachian tube insufflation and simultaneous medical therapy as an effective method to treat OMSC is helpful to improve acoustic sensibility and for functional recovery of Eustachian tube.
