可溶性P-选择素与2型糖尿病大血管病变

摘　　要：目的观察2型糖尿病大血管病变患者血浆可溶性P-selectin水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法用酶免联吸附法检测2型糖尿病16例无血管病变(单纯糖尿病组),25例合并大血管病变(大血管病变组)sP-se-lectin的水平,并与20例正常人(正常对照组)进行比较。结果①大血管病变组、单纯糖尿病组sP-selectin水平明显高于正常对照组(分别为P<0.01),大血管病变组比单纯糖尿病组明显增高(P<0.05)。②多元逐步回归分析显示ox-LDL、HbA1c、BMI是影响sP-selectin水平的重要因素。结论sP-selectin可作为2型糖尿病大血管病变早期诊断、病情监测的指标。Objective To investigate the changes of plasma levels of soluable P-selectin in type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications and its clinlical value. Methods The plasma level of soluble P-selectin was measured in 16 type 2 diabetic patients without vascular complications （simple diabetes mellitus group, SDM group）, 25 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with macrovascular complications（ MVC group） ,20 normal subjects （control group）by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay. Results ①The plasma levels of sP-selectin in MVC group and SDM group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈0.01 ,respectively）. The plasma levels of sP -selectin in MVC group was significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. The plasma levels of sP-selectin in MVC group was significantly higher than those in SDM group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ②Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed sP-selectin was influenced by ox -LDL,HbAlc,BMI. Conclusion sP-selectin may be a useful marker for the early diagnosing and monitoring the macrovascular complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
