专业化护理指导对2型糖尿病患者的近期效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨专业化护理指导对2型糖尿病患者的近期效果。方法将200例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组实施专业化的护理指导，对照组则仅由主诊医师向患者简单交代糖尿病的特点、转归及注意事项。分别于护理指导前和指导后3个月对2组患者进行各项指标测定及指导后3个月调查患者依从性。结果护理指导前各项指标（血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量蛋白、血脂、体重指数、血压及腰围等）2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。护理指导后上述各项指标观察组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。护理指导3个月后观察组的依从性优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论对2型糖尿病患者进行专业化护理指导是改善患者近期效果行之有效的方法之一。Objective To discuss the recent effect of professional instruction on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group received professional instruction while the control group only got doctors＇simple advice about the characteristic,results and attentions of diabetes mellitus.Various indices were determined before and 3 months after intervention and patients compliance was evaluated 3 months after intervention. Results The indices such as blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,urine trace protein,blood lipid,weight index,blood pressue and waistline were different between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） after intervention although no difference was seen between them before intervention （P 〉 0.05）.The patients compliance in the observation was better compared with the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Application of professional instruction proved to be an effective method to alleviate the symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
