摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,无水乙醇(EtOH)为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备一定黏度的硅溶胶,陈化后用提拉法制得SiO2玻璃纤维。研究了酸硅比、水硅比、反应温度等不同反应条件对硅溶胶可纺性及玻璃纤维制备的影响,并对玻璃纤维进行IR和XRD表征。确定了制备可纺硅溶胶和玻璃纤维的最佳反应条件。结果表明:水硅比为1.5,酸硅比为0.03时,溶胶的可纺性最好,该反应条件下制得的硅溶胶最易制备SiO2玻璃纤维。By sol-gel method, silica sol was prepared with tetrethorylsilane(TEOS) as silicon source, ethanol as solvent, after being aged, silicon glass fiber was prepared by drawing from this silicate sol. The effect factors, such as the ratio of H^+ and TEOS, the ratio of water and TEOS, the temperature of the reaction, were studied. The drawn fibers were characterized by IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction. The optimum conditions for the preparation of silicate sol that had good spinnability and glass fiber were obtained at last. The sol had the best spinnability while the ratio of water and TEOS equal to 1.5, the ratio of H^+ and TEOS equal to 0.03. The silicon dioxide glass fibers were easily prepared under foregoing reaction conditions.
